SHIPPING POLICY — DRAPA

Order processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times
Mexico: 7 to 15 business days
United States: 5 to 10 business days
Canada: 7 to 14 business days

Shipping cost
All orders include free shipping to Mexico, the United States, and Canada.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Undelivered orders
If your order could not be delivered due to an incorrect address or reasons beyond DRAPA's control, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. 

RETURN POLICY — DRAPA

Return conditions
We accept returns only for manufacturing defects. You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to report any issue.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

1. Contact us with the subject line "Return – [order number]".
2. Include clear photos showing the defect.
3. Our team will review your case within 3 business days.
4. If approved, we will provide next steps.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
